Claros Team

Umut Gökbayrak(Developer) has been a very active Open Source developer for more than a decade. His first novel application, Postaci, was a great success, dubbed as one of the most popular webmails in the world. As a software engineer, his next focus to conquer the space with Claros products provided that he finds spare time from music. He is the "smart brain" behind all Claros products and responsible for all the technical details of what makes you impressed in Claros.org

 

 

Görkem Çetin(Project Manager) is a renowned open source/Linux evangelist, promoter and advocator for more than 13 years. Çetin has co-founded many organizations and public institutes; Linux Users Group of Turkey, Turkish OpenOffice.org organization, GNOME Turkey and KDE Turkey to name a few. His 5 books on Linux and deep expertise in administering Linux systems and managing projects gives Claros project a custom lift. His duties in Claros.org includes public and developer relations, together with managing technical infrastructure.

 

 

 

Mustafa Tan(Release & Configuration Manager) is an Open Source and Java fan. Tan has proficiency in Configuration Management and Support Engineering over 7 years in Enterprise IT Projects and Companies. Tan is experienced on Continuous Integration & Build Tools, Issue Tracking, Wiki and Application Server Administration. He is also maintaining the Iphone Turkey Blog

 

 

Seryal Gökbayrak(Support Specialist) has proficiency in problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction and customer loyalty through her experience in customer relations teams over 5 years. CRM, customer loyalty with customer relationship management perspective are the main topics she is professionalised. At Claros, she is working on realizing and prioritizing user needs and requests and so strategies be developed by the help of user data, which would lead to success in the competitive environment.

Postaci Webmail Installation,

This document is for fresh installation only. If you are upgrading from a provious version please refer to UPGRADE.

This software was developed on a Red Hat Linux system and tested with many conditions using PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.

2. Step by step Installation. Below, is an example for PHP + IMAP + Apache installation. If you want to use another database that Postaci supports, refer to your preferred databases' s documentation. If you need more assistance on installing PHP + Apache + c-client please see section 3. * Set up MySQL. (http://www.mysql.org) * Setup c-client to server.


I just had a play with the Claros inTouch demo, and other than the fact that my server isn't really set up to run Java pages it looks superb! - Keep up the great work. If I can get a copy working, I'll most definitely be switching to it!
