This is a list of Claros project proposals. We have formed a list based
on requests coming from community members and we'd like to share these
with you.

Feel free to have a look at the proposals below and set yourself as the
author/responsible person for one (or more) of them. Do not hesitate to
ask us questions if you find something fuzzy and/or not well written in
terms of requirements.

Submitting a proposal
You can also propose your own projects, in this case we kindly ask you
to submit us an e-mail(info [at] claros.org) containing the following information:
Title: A short title of your project
Description: A short (one-paragraph) description of what this project will bring to Claros community
Requirements: Write here the requirements (i.e expected finish time, anticipated number of developers, required technologies, etc).
Responsible person: Write your name and e-mail address here
1. Unzip the claros-x.y-zip.
2. Create a new database called chat (or whatever you like) at MySQL (MySQL command -> "create database chat"
3. Run the SQL script at the SQL directory. (Type at shell prompt -> "mysql -u root -p chat < chat-mysql.sql"
4. There is a file called chat.war in the archive. Drop it into the webapps directory of Apache Tomcat
2. Start Tomcat
3. Edit the config.xml file, Hint: simply change your database password.
4. Restart tomcat
That's it. You can access the Claros...
I just had a play with the Claros inTouch demo, and other than the fact that my server isn't really set up to run Java pages it looks superb! - Keep up the great work. If I can get a copy working, I'll most definitely be switching to it!
